Is not for people who don’t want a good workout. I’m here to tell you.
First off, I forgot the whole “everyone joins the gym in January” routine. I got to class five minutes late (oopsy–busy working on my latest project at home and totally lost track of time) and there was one spot left.
There are usually only about 10 people at yoga. I bet there were 40 today! Egads, and it got hot.
The instructor was awesome, and we were all sweating and steaming up the windows to the snowy outdoors in about 30 minutes. About 15 people left before my favorite part–Dead Man’s Pose–where the instructor talks about being in touch with breath, heart, and being. It’s really an amazing experience if you’ve never done yoga.
I realized, however, I need to get working on lunges. I was in a world of hurt in the first few moments of the workout. Luckily I recovered after a few downdogs and three-legged dogs. Looking forward to my 3+ mile run tomorrow!

LOL, I bet! I went for a run last night, late… Felt good
I barely made a Mile. Spent the rest if my time at the gym stretching. /-). I am going back for more wed !
